Role Overview
The HR Executive supports hiring, documentation, employee management, and maintaining a positive workplace culture.
What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening, interviewing
- Handle employee onboarding, induction, and documentation
- Maintain attendance, leaves, and payroll coordination
- Manage employee records in HRMS or internal systems
- Support employee engagement, activities, and culture-building
- Handle workplace queries and resolve minor conflicts
- Assist in performance evaluation and appraisal processes
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, company guidelines, and labor laws
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 0–3 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of HRMS tools (Zoho, Keka, or similar) is a plus
- Basic understanding of payroll, attendance, and HR compliance
- Problem-solving attitude with high professionalism
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle employee data
