Ensure our partner institutes achieve their goals with Roadmint. You will be the trusted advisor for our key accounts.

What you'll do

  • Onboard new clients and ensure successful implementation.
  • Proactively identify churn risks and opportunities for upsell.
  • Provide product training and support to school administrators.
  • Gather feedback and advocate for customer needs.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in customer success or account management.
  • Experience in EdTech is a major plus.
  • Excellent organizational and presentation skills.
  • Empathy and patience in solving user problems.
