What you'll do
- Onboard new clients and ensure successful implementation.
- Proactively identify churn risks and opportunities for upsell.
- Provide product training and support to school administrators.
- Gather feedback and advocate for customer needs.
Requirements
- 3+ years in customer success or account management.
- Experience in EdTech is a major plus.
- Excellent organizational and presentation skills.
- Empathy and patience in solving user problems.
